I trust what they tell me, such that I had my car towed back 30 miles thru Chicago to them, when it stalled, knowing the tow bill would be high, but knowing I could feel comfortable about their diagnosis and repair. They diagnosed a blown fuel pump fuse, and only charged me for the diagnosis and fuse. The bill could have been much higher at a less reputable service center. Bob Gillman helped me try some easy fixes via cell phone, and helped me find a tow company. As stated in the ratings, I have recommended Ron Hopkins to others and will continue to do so in the future. More
