The staff had no problem researching the warranty records of the car’s last repair carried out in Canada. I was given a quote of 250.00 as the worst case. In the end all work was done under service warranty, and the car works perfect. It was well worth driving the extra miles to get there. Other Ford dealerships I had visited previous to Ron Hopkins saw a problem in resolving the service warranty on a Ford vehicle repaired abroad and quoted me a flat fee of 600,00 just for "examining the engine"!. More
