It was an easy process I knew the exact car I wanted as Acura car "packaging" gives relatively few choices (which is a very good thing!). A test drive and a deposit. Car had to be ordered, came back a week later to pick up car. It took 45 minutes to test drive my car, go through details and financing process. Just what I wanted.
