When I picked up my car, he sat with me for about 40 minutes and helped me set up my bluetooth connection, configure my car’s settings, etc.. he even told me that if I were to text him asking for help, he’d send me personalized “how to” videos... he just went WAY above and beyond and made me feel very confident in my decision to lease an Acura.
