Warranty service I have used this dealership for service for decades. They used to drive my car around so I just got in and drove away. Now they walk me through the se I have used this dealership for service for decades. They used to drive my car around so I just got in and drove away. Now they walk me through the service area outback where they keep all the cars and take me past several cars to where mine is parked. Not sure who changed this , but not cool since I walk with a cane. This is done even in pouring rain. Will use another dealer for service even though I will have to drive further. More

Excellent service We bought our car from Hopkins Acura 11 years ago and my wife and I decided for the first time ever to use the dealership for service under warranty a We bought our car from Hopkins Acura 11 years ago and my wife and I decided for the first time ever to use the dealership for service under warranty and beyond. I can tell you we were never disappointed! The car was delivered on time or before in tip top shape, washed and ready to go. Most importantly though it was the quality of work that never brought us back to correct the initial problem. Actually we didn’t have any problems, only the regular maintenance plus two windshields!
