Artur and Kao were very knowledgeable about car features, answered all our questions (whether in person or over text) and were super easy to work with. We also appreciated their style of not being too pushy for the close. Once we decided we wanted the car, the process of negotiating the right price, trade in value, financing options and accessories was very easy and straightforward. We really appreciated Chris' flexibility in making sure we left happy! We had to some back to the dealership to install/pick up some accessories. Terry was great in ensuring we had a loaner available, service was quick and our car was delivered as promised with new wash and tank of gas! When picking up our car, I noticed a sign hanging over the service counter: "Don't deliver a product, deliver an experience". Hopkins Acura did exactly that and we'll be recommending them to others when admiring our new car. More

Hopkins Acura took me right away, gave me a loaner and fixed it within 24 hours. Not sure how they got the parts so fast but they swore they rushed the parts and made the fix. No problems since. B2 maintainence was a bit pricey but I loved that the air filters change was optional. $160 was too much considering I bought and changed both filters for $44 and under 5 minutes without even getting dirty. The fact that that was an ala carte option makes me trust them more. PSI in 1 tire was 10 pounds lower than the rest. I called in while driving towards dealership and they squeezed me in right away. They immediately found puncture. Charged $45 to fix and wash. While $45 is a little pricey, their service, speed, convenience & complimentary car wash made it well worth it. More
