Emergency Service Call I had an electrical problem with my new car it was after work so the Service department was closing in 15 minutes. Terry told me he would wait for m I had an electrical problem with my new car it was after work so the Service department was closing in 15 minutes. Terry told me he would wait for me to get there so I could drop off my car to be serviced the next day. It was the week before Christmas and I needed a loaner, which he had available at that time. I arrived 15 minutes after closing time but he was gracious, took in my car, and gave me a loaner. More

The best customer service we’ve had has been with these two sales people that go beyond the call of duty. On our last vehicle, Artur came to our house to help us program the garage door opener. I’m happy to say this year we were able to figure it out on our own. More

I worked directly with Mark (service advisor) who patiently listened to my description of my car's issues and confirmed that everything would be taken care of because my car was still under warranty. He also constantly gave me updates throughout the process making me feel even more comfortable that my car was being taken care of by a professional! The dealership didn't have any loaner cars so Mark quickly called me an Uber and even offered to order me a ride back to the dealership once the work was completed. Overall I'm really satisfied with my experience and would definitely take my car back again. More
