Dealerhsip would not do the 5000 mile maintenance on my new Sequoia because I refused to sign a binding arbitration agreement that only favored the dealership in the event of a dispute. I also wanted to ta new Sequoia because I refused to sign a binding arbitration agreement that only favored the dealership in the event of a dispute. I also wanted to take care of the recall and was informed that they couldn't do that without my agreeing to arbitration. I did not purchase the vehicle from them as they produced the arbitration agreement at the end of the buying process as a "just sign here". I purchased the vehicle at a dealership in another state that did not require the agreement. I refused then and am refusing now to give up my 7th amendment rights. I wanted to record the conversation with Mr. Stewart today and he was upset that I would want to infringe on his privacy in that way. He said they could not service my car and would I "Pull your vehicle out of the service bay so we can service other customers". More
They were horrible... kept changing prices on the cars and had no idea what they were even talking about. If this is the best Toyota has to offer... they need to completely go out of business. They are s and had no idea what they were even talking about. If this is the best Toyota has to offer... they need to completely go out of business. They are such high quality auto's but this really puts Toyota in a poor light. To even consider handling their cars. They seem to try their best to take advantage of you, and scam you. I would never recommend them to anyone. There are too many other car dealers out there. More
What a con artist. This guy will actually lie to your face during the course of a sale and completely disappear when the expectations are not met. No double speak here, they flat out lie! Pricing, opti face during the course of a sale and completely disappear when the expectations are not met. No double speak here, they flat out lie! Pricing, options, you name it. There were a number of irritated customers during my sale (this should have been the tip off, not one or two, but about five in the course of an hour). And ten minutes actually translates into 2 hours on a normal persons watch. When the papers are signed, your just another piece of meat, they want nothing to do with you at that point, not even a "thank you". Toyota of North America has been very helpful in this situation with a very ugly dealer. More
