Great staff I was met at the service bay by Bob who greeted me warmly on a cold day. He kept us company until a service manager was available. Appointments are hit and miss, but service is great! This is a good dealership with nice amenities, professional staff, and excellent service for all Toyota vehicles. They are the only people I trust to keep my Prius in fabulous order, and so far (3.5 years now), their record is outstanding in that regard. The only caveats I have are the coffee maker, which seems not to be cleaned as often as perhaps it should be, and their appointment system, which has just been upgraded but has a less-than-helpful track record before now. Hopefully, as autumn 2016 proceeds, that will change, and their service delivery will improve even more with this addition. Still, I definitely recommend them! More

Terrible test drive experience I recently came in to test drive (with the intention to buy) a Rav4. I called 3 days ahead of time and made an appointment. When I got there the morni I recently came in to test drive (with the intention to buy) a Rav4. I called 3 days ahead of time and made an appointment. When I got there the morning of Darren took me outside to check out the Rav4s and choose one to test drive/buy. When I got in it I tried to put the seats down, move stuff around etc to check it out. Darren told me this was his first time in a Rav4 and he wasn't sure how to do some of the things I was asking about. YIKES. After all, I did give a 3 days heads up that THIS was the car I wanted to test drive. This was my first clue that this wasn't going to be a good test drive experience. I had more questions about the car (whether it has automatic lights or not etc) when we got in it and he began reading word for word from the Toyota app on his phone....I would expect a car dealer to know most of this information about the car. When I first started driving the car it was shaking a little bit and got worse as I kept driving it. When I asked Darren about this he told me that new cars sometimes have spots on the tires and that could be what is making it shake. Now, I've driven new cars before without this problem. Sometimes there is a little bit of a shake but it goes away after 15 or so minutes. And this was a VIOLENT shake. To the point where if it was my actual car I would have pulled off to the side of the road in concern that there was something wrong with it. After the test drive we went inside and I had more questions about the warranty etc. Someone from the business office came out with a sheet and the price of the car with the breakdown of taxes, tags, etc. While I was asking my questions he stopped me halfway through and told me he was worried all of this information was going to be overwhelming to me. It felt super condescending. I was the one asking the questions and writing down the answers. Not the other way around. Instead, he kept telling me that the RAV4 was the #1 best selling small SUV in the US right now and just kept asking me what I wanted out of a car. I finally had to say I wasn't going to make a decision about what car to buy based on what everyone else in the US was doing and that I wanted to make sure I was paying for features that I actually thought I would want to invest in. Was incredibly displeased with the demeanor of the sales staff here and decided not to buy a Rav4 or have my car serviced here any more. More
