From Beginning to End, A Perfect Visit to Hoover Toyota! Because of a recall for my Solara, a new dashboard, I called Hoover Toyota. My questions regarding the recall and the location of the dealership were answered with pleasantness and accuracy. Later that afternoon I drove to the dealership because I was visiting friends in Hoover, forty five minutes from my home. Seth greeted me as I drove in with great courtesy and with feelings of care and interest in my car and me. He quickly called the Parts Department; he was positive they had a dashboard in stock, but called to make sure. He made my appointment for the following morning saying a driver would be happy to take me home and the get me when my car was ready. I told him that I would stay in the Customer Waiting area completing work I needed to do. Throughout our conversation Seth was knowledgeable and thoughtful of me, new to Hoover Toyota. This morning my dashboard was installed in exactly the amount of time Seth had told me. Once again this man took extra time to make sure I was comfortable waiting. He walked with me to the cashier, thanked me for choosing Hoover Toyota, and ended my stay with the same courtesy shown me earlier. I had an unexpected opportunity to thank Laura, the Service Manager, for the kind attention I had received from Seth and for leadership. During my wait, I heard Servicemen talk with each customer in the waiting area with uncommon courtesy and knowledgeable suggestions. Please allow me to recommend Seth and the staff at Hoover Toyota to you. What a great dealership it is! More

Came with 2008 Camry for service & left with 2016 Avalon I really came bc my 2008 Camry needed service. But I figured it was my computer- like others had thought. So, I just wanted to see what was in the new car lot. I started looking at the Camry's. just looking. Kevin walked up to help me & "I'm just looking", so I didn't really need help. He just talked about the cars & wasn't pushy at all. But always asked if I wanted to test drive. I didn't. I really wasn't too excited, until I saw the 3 2016 Avalons on the aisle. 2 had sunroofs, which I like. So I broke down & test drove one. Loved the way it drove & Kevin educated me on the Avalon, since I had only driven Camry's the past 15-20 years. We went inside- just to see how much it would cost, if I ever was serious about a new car. Well, he made the back & forth so easy & not stressful at all (like it's usually is for me)- that I decided to just bite bullet & take it home that night. It truly was a great experience. The manager was helpful & knowledgeable too. Even the service guy Seth was so nice & willing to work with me on the price of fixing my old car. But I knew in my mind if the problem was my computer, I wasn't going to put that money back into my old car- especially after seeing all the bells & whistles in the Avalon..... Glad I was there. Will go back for next car, but loving this one now! Thanks Kevin!!! More
