When I have had an appointment for car service here previously, there has been a shuttle to take you home or to your workplace depending on an estimate of time it would take if it was needed, This was a great service that allowed me to work or do chores at home while my car was serviced. I made a reservation for 7am on Saturday, 11/19/22. I was told when I arrived that the shuttle was no longer available due to shortage of staff. I have been a chaplain in healthcare until recently, so I understand about having a shortage of workers. So I’ve waited. After 3+ hours, I am still waiting, I asked the service person at the check in station for an estimate of time, I was told by the kind woman that my car was almost ready. It has now been 5 hours and it is almost ready. Still no car. I’m a nice guy generally, but I’m frustrated and greatly disappointed in the poor service. My name is Malcolm Marler. More

Took a 2016 Camry in for routine maintenance. He also informed me of a monthly special on future services that is a great value ! Definitely taking this car back to Dustin for future services. More
