VERY TERRIBLE service depart, actually none, but aggravation Arrived at 9:30 a.m. to the Service Dept. Asked grouchy Service Rep for them to diagnose any problems at all, how long will it take?. Service Rep said, "a little bit." 2 hours later, I went to the Service office, and asked for a general idea of how much longer. They checked with said grouchy Service Rep who came and told me they hadn't started looking at it. I asked how much longer. said grouchy Service Rep said, I don't know and we may not be able to get to it today. In a nutshell, 2 office people were very nice (Jared and a young woman), shuttle driver very personable. All the others were pointedly unhelpful, acted like I was asking a crazy weird question, etc. Terrible. I waited another half hour. Then took my car and left. When I asked for my car, they handed me the key, and walked away, no instructions on where my car was. I had to ask, then one young driver guy tried to help me find it. More

Easiest service work ever I received a call two weeks ago to schedule my 5000 mile service appointment. I received a reminder call last night. When I arrived 10 minutes early I I received a call two weeks ago to schedule my 5000 mile service appointment. I received a reminder call last night. When I arrived 10 minutes early I was surprised to learn that they could not find my appointment. However, i was told this would not be a problem. - i was doubtful bc there were lots of other cars waiting. But they were correct! My appointment was at 9:30 and My service was complete and I was driving off the lot by 10:20. They also had a very comfortable waiting area and free WiFi. More
