The new policy of service by appointment only changed on June 24,2023. I have had my car serviced for the last 10 years but today June 28, 2023 when I sent my son to have an oil change they refused to wait June 24,2023. I received no notice of the change. You would think a customer this loyal would be at least told before we drive 45 miles from our town to Hoover. Horrible service department! It used to be so good but now like most things customer service means nothing! I’m very disappointed to say the least. I won’t be back and my advice to you is don’t go there. You will waist your time and money! More
Liars and thieves. Never buy, or trust promises made. They cheated and lied to my 19 year old daughter. When her mother and I were out of town. And lied over and over on out the door price, trade In On her car, she was so in love with the car and exhausted from 2 days of trying to get them to honor the promises made she gave up and paid thousands more then they promised. They are liars and cheats. They promised prices over and over , only to lie and take advantage of my 19 yr old daughter. She is 19 and so in love with the car, and was exhausted after 2 days of trying to get them to honor the prices they gave. She ended up buying and paying thousands more than they said they could do. I will never do business with liars and thieves like them. I am furious they took advantage of her. I will tell everyone I know how they cheated her. More
Worst customer I have ever had. I had front and rear brakes done and spent over $1,425.00. They said i needed a new Radiator but I told them I wanted to hold off on that. 3 days lat I had front and rear brakes done and spent over $1,425.00. They said i needed a new Radiator but I told them I wanted to hold off on that. 3 days later i decided to get a new radiator. I tried for 2 days to get the service advisor Vincent to call me. Left 2 or 3 messages NO RESPONSE. The last time I called a young lady answered the phone and I told her my problem. She asked me if wanted to esculate to Management and I told her yes. That was a day and a half a go. NO CALL BACK. I have used this dealership on and off for over 30 years. These people don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. I will never go back to this dealership again !!!!! More
This was the first experience I've had buying a vehicle all on my own. Eddie and Kim were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made the process as clear and seamless as possible. Very eager for you to purchase a vehicle with high interest rates. Very displeased with salesman Travis Linton and finance Jeff Williams. I wanted my wife to enjoy a new vehicle. It was time for the 2014 Toyota Sienna to retire from service. At least for her. It can run many more miles for sure. When she decided what she wanted and test drove a few she decided on a 2023 Toyota Highlander XSE. However, the purchasing process was very vague. No final price of actually what the vehicle would cost and some type of extended warranty which seems to be useless. The vehicle comes with a lifetime powertrain warranty. Also, the interest rate is 8.4% and why is that? Her credit score is 844 at the time Hoover Toyota checked it. This is a complete scam.I want to return the vehicle today. Hoover Toyota is ripping people off. This is not right and people working there should be honest about selling vehicles. Unless someone can redo this contract for my wife then the vehicle needs to be returned. I have no clue why the dealership would take advantage of someone like that. I would appreciate a call back for this situation on Monday March 13. Then after the sale of a useless extended warranty the finance manager wanted to know if we could purchase another policy for wheel and tire damage. I don't really understand the process. David B.
