Great buying experience I was shopping around for a Toyota Tacoma with a specific package and only found a couple within a couple hours of me. I test drove one I loved and ha I was shopping around for a Toyota Tacoma with a specific package and only found a couple within a couple hours of me. I test drove one I loved and had the numbers worked up. Decided to also contact Hoover Toyota because they had the same Tacoma with more options. My salesperson Heather McCollum emailed me back and answered all of my questions. I asked her for a picture of the window sticker, a simple request that another pair of dealerships failed to do, and she quickly sent it to me. We easily talked back and forth about my trade in, the out the door price, and visiting the dealership. My wife and I went the next day and finalized the deal. They were able to significantly beat the price of the other Tacoma. The dealership is nice, modern, and clean. Everyone we came into contact with from the finace office, business office, and of course Heather was courteous and friendly. It was an overall excellent experience and I have no problem recommending both Hoover Toyota and Heather. More
