Nice people but very overpriced I have had work done with them on multiple occasions after moving recently. Just had some a part replaced that we had done at another Toyota dealershi I have had work done with them on multiple occasions after moving recently. Just had some a part replaced that we had done at another Toyota dealership a little over a year ago. They did not honor the labor warranty (had been 14 months and was warrantied for 12), but the labor cost was more than double what it had been at the previous dealership. Not only that but it took several days for them to get the part and complete the work. They did provide rental car, which was supposed to be directly from dealership but ended up being with a third party company that I had to wait for and return car to that location instead of the dealership right down the road. I have a small child with a large, heavy car seat which made the whole thing even more difficult. They were nice people but they did not try to make any amends for these inconveniences. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. More

Great buying experience I was shopping around for a Toyota Tacoma with a specific package and only found a couple within a couple hours of me. I test drove one I loved and ha I was shopping around for a Toyota Tacoma with a specific package and only found a couple within a couple hours of me. I test drove one I loved and had the numbers worked up. Decided to also contact Hoover Toyota because they had the same Tacoma with more options. My salesperson Heather McCollum emailed me back and answered all of my questions. I asked her for a picture of the window sticker, a simple request that another pair of dealerships failed to do, and she quickly sent it to me. We easily talked back and forth about my trade in, the out the door price, and visiting the dealership. My wife and I went the next day and finalized the deal. They were able to significantly beat the price of the other Tacoma. The dealership is nice, modern, and clean. Everyone we came into contact with from the finace office, business office, and of course Heather was courteous and friendly. It was an overall excellent experience and I have no problem recommending both Hoover Toyota and Heather. More
