Slow service no communication I went to Hoover Toyota for an oil change an tire rotation on a car I purchased at the dealership. I called for a service appointment and was told th I went to Hoover Toyota for an oil change an tire rotation on a car I purchased at the dealership. I called for a service appointment and was told they no longer gave appointments. I went in and was surprised there were only three people in the waiting area. My car sat in the service Bay for 30 minutes before it was taken to the shop. At the one and a half hour mark I asked what was taking so long. I was told my car should be done in a few minutes. At the two hour and fifteen minutes mark they finally finished my oil change and tire rotation. Two hours and fifteen minutes total, no communication from the service department, no apology for the wait. Maybe they should let their customers know what to expect.
