Oil change While we did get my car out on time which was great we had a problem at paying. When we bought our car we also bought the platinum service agreement which is by my paperwork is for 5 years or 60,000 miles. For some reason they had me as all used up at 2 and 1/2 years and 49,500 miles. The service manager did take care of this oil change and I was glad he did taking care of his customers. More
