When leaving I was told my vehicle was right outside. It wasn't an when I asked they said oh then it's by the fence. I walked past the fence to the back lot an 4th row 6 cars back, found my vehicle. I get Matt an Rob were already annoyed with my husband not being happy with the service. Dealership had our vehicle for 17 days. Were told parts were 5 days out on day 13 my husband stopped an asked about it. They said tomorrow. He stopped in on day 14, Rob barely started tear down. Tuesday we were called it was done. Husband is not stupid could have done the work himself in timely manner but we purchased warranty so we needed to use it. More

What a crappy place stopped by the dealership on a whim and was met immediately by the salesman. After telling him what I was looking for, he had no clue where to begin s stopped by the dealership on a whim and was met immediately by the salesman. After telling him what I was looking for, he had no clue where to begin so we ventured around the entire lot. After finally finding something that only matched 1/3 of what I wanted, we went for a test drive. During the test drive it was brought to my attention that we are running the salesman’s errands because “ when I work 11 hour days, this is the only time I get to do it”. After paying his water bill I learned that no he has money left over for Scallops and getting drunk. Awesome!! Back at the lot my salesman diverted his attention to a scantly dressed female that wondered in and ironically was looking at the same vehicle I was. He quoted her a price that was $2500.00 less than what he quoted me, go figure. When I decided I didn’t want to do business there, I was met with the manager who asked what was I going to do drive my old truck around. Needless to say what a crappy experience but not one that will be repeated at this place. More
