I walked into the dealer knowing I might not get approved. I got off the car and I literally had to wake up to a salesman for help. Horrible service, I drove Los Angeles to pick car up after deal was finalized a week earlier. They knew I was coming for still made me waste 4 hrs with all sorts of nonsense. To make things worse I have requested a copy of the lease several times and still have not been given to me, I don’t understand how they can do business like that. Only thing I was bummed about was that the truck was supposed to come with the gooseneck kit which includes the ball and hook up. Sean called back saying its not included when in years past when purchasing trucks equipped with gooseneck package always got a ball and chain hook up kit. More
