I walked into the dealer knowing I might not get approved. I got off the car and I literally had to wake up to a salesman for help. Horrible service, I drove Los Angeles to pick car up after deal was finalized a week earlier. They knew I was coming for still made me waste 4 hrs with all sorts of nonsense. I was very disappointed wi after deal was finalized a week earlier. They knew I was coming for still made me waste 4 hrs with all sorts of nonsense. I was very disappointed with the service I received. To make things worse I have requested a copy of the lease several times and still have not been given to me, I don’t understand how they can do business like that. I have called 3 times and still don’t have copies... Unbelievable!!! More
