I had to bring my GMC in for a warranty repair. There was some confusion on behalf of the dealership regarding the online scheduling of the appt.,which took a number of calls to resolve.( I received two was some confusion on behalf of the dealership regarding the online scheduling of the appt.,which took a number of calls to resolve.( I received two different appointment e-mails.) The service rep. was kind and knowledgeable, but the overall time for the repair and an oil change took much longer than the 2 Hours that I was quoted. Almost 4 hours of waiting at the dealership, when they could have offered a better estimate of the repair time, and allowed me to manage my morning more efficiently. They do have a lounge, and a free coffee machine with Cappuccino and other options which was nice. I did like their texting updates, but they only provided info when I checked in and when the repair was completed. It would be nice to get updates in between. More
Extended Warranty company at first denied the claim. Jose took pictures, sent documentation and got the claim approved. It was a painless process for me and avoided a lot of aggravation on my part. Brought my Chevy truck in for a recall. The work took longer than I expected, they do have a comfy lounge with complimentary and good coffee service, add a good book and everything was OK.
