Satisfactory Still first purchase original owner of this Buick that was previously serviced at the Buick dealership up in the Los Angeles area back in 2006 - 2012 Still first purchase original owner of this Buick that was previously serviced at the Buick dealership up in the Los Angeles area back in 2006 - 2012 time frame. Been coordinating with the Natl City dealership over the past 8 years (2013 to date when I moved back in town), generally drives like new except when maintenance is needed. Over all satisfied. Would I consider another Buick purchase in the future?, the answer may be yes if a good deal is made but for now not in a hurry. More

Brought my Chevy truck in for a recall. The work took longer than I expected, they do have a comfy lounge with complimentary and good coffee service, add a good book and everything was OK. The salesmen lie to your face (the alarm unit costs 80.00 USD), the edge protector films don't exceed 75.00, and the paint protection and interior protection essentially are Scotchguard,as well as an 85-100.00 liquid you can buy online and mix with water. Salesman and "manager" insist on wasting my time, supposedly to ask the Manager MANAGER if they can do something about the items. I contacted the Carlsbad GMC dealership, over the phone, they sell at MSRP (and can even apply a discount - near invoice cost), *,***.00 USD under MSRP. Look up at YouTube channel called "ChevyDude", and watch his "How not to get ripped off by a car dealer" video. I called (2) neighboring GMC dealers in San Diego, and all (2) agreed that it is bogus to pay for those items, which the buyer NEVER agreed to, and BY LAW you CANNOT be forced to pay for them. Honest dealers WILL in fact, sell their trucks at MSRP. Even in Orange County, and Los Angeles, they will tell you, "If it means earning your business, we will remove these items from the deal, no problem." More
