Very professional individual. He called a Lyft driver to drop me off at home. He also gave me an appt. so that I could get my car fixed the same day. I had an appointment for 10 am. At 4:30 we contacted the dealership and found out the car was not finished yet and wouldn’t be done until 5:30. After speaking with a manager they were able to change the tim dealership and found out the car was not finished yet and wouldn’t be done until 5:30. After speaking with a manager they were able to change the time to 5-5:15. Very unreasonable for an oil change to take that long. More
