MARCO ORDUÑO, SERVICE ADVISOR The performed a diagnostic test that was included in GMC CANYON warranty, and they never informed me that my warranty had expired. They charged me for the diagnostic. I complained because I hadn't been told the diagnostic test would cost money, and Marcos was rude to me on the phone. He told me I had to pay, no matter what. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, Marcos deliberately refused and hung up on me. I called three times asking to speak to the supervisor, Dominic, the CEO, or anyone who could help me—any employee except Marco—and all the calls ended up being answered by Marco. Every employee who answered my calls transferred them to Marco when I specifically asked to speak to someone else. It was an abuse of power. I called GMC National Customer Service and filed a complaint. All I got was a 50% refund for the diagnostic, but not a single apology from GMC. Not one apology for the way I was treated. I have never been humiliated the way GMC allowed their employee Marco to do it, and to top it off, no GMC executive called or contacted me to apologize. The day I picked up my GMC Canyon, no one in service apologized, and neither did Marco; he just ignored me. I will never again in my life go to a GMC dealership, much less buy a vehicle from them. Never! GMC is the worst. This isn't about money anymore, it's about respect. More
The worst experience in my life, took my truck to the service department and dropped off and explained in the envelope the problems that came out of a engine light. Then i got contacted by Alfonso Fuente service department and dropped off and explained in the envelope the problems that came out of a engine light. Then i got contacted by Alfonso Fuentes and spoke with him over the phone to tell them that the message was for the problems presented, not to run an inspection on each of them, that he need it to focus on the code of the engine light, he understood my comment and was nice, but he let me know that they were way behind on other services and that my truck probably will not be checked until the end of the week (it was Tuesday) and if it need it to be fixed until next week (this week), and also he told me that Friday was his last day working there, that he would recommend me to someone he trust, that his name was Marco Orduno. Before we hang up he told me that the engine light was off but he had the code of the problem, then i asked him if he can give some pre quote based on that code, he told me that for sure he will or will tell Marco to give me the quote, that they could do that. I didn't received the pre-quote for the code they already have before doing any inspection, want it to know so i could be prepared. So i call again and Alfonso was gone, so Marco took the call, and i explained everything again and that Alfonso told me that he would give me some numbers with the code they found. Then he told me: "sure i can do that, give me some time and i will let you know based on the code, but the inspection will be performed until Friday". I told him, no worries, i understand that your behind with work, but can you give and estimate with THE CODE YOU HAVE, he say again yes that he would give it to me. I waited hours before i call again and ask the same, he answer the same: "YES", then i said, Alfonso told me that the engine light was off, maybe i can pick up the truck and take it back again when you are ready to check the truck. He told me that the truck need it to be there, so i asked again for the pre-quote with the code, and again he said: "SURE". Never received it. Next day at noon (Thursday) i received a call from Marco telling me that they performed the inspection and found out that the problem was the one that it was showed in the scanner, that the price would be $1,800.00. $300 hundred in parts and the rest was for 4 hours, that the diagnostic was included. I told him: "i asked before everything for a pre-quote based on the code so i could know at least a number". He started talk about financing, about discounts, and when I told him is not about that, is about you told me that you would give me some numbers before do everything, that when he got upset and started to yell saying that i want it to take advantage, i told him I'm not lying you told me about the pre quote and I was sure that the phone call was recorded (most of the companies record phone calls), he told me, if you got any proof and recorded the phone call i dare you to show it, if you want to come for your truck you will have to pay $300.00 and then he hung up on me. I called again and ask to talk to someone higher like a supervisor or the Manager, they told me to hold on, next thing Marco took the phone call and start yelling me again, they did not allow me to talk to someone else, that the best thing he could do is give 50% discount (when you can get the code for free in Autozone), also took it for the manufacturer warranty, that what a customer does with his car. Is not about the money, is about how i was treated. To be a service department employee and threat customers like that, like they were doing a favor to everyone buying a car from them, that speaks on how much training they give to the employees. This is a new owner, the last one was South bay GMC and if they kept the same personnel no wonder why they're gone, if they did, i can expect same results. No surprise on Alfonso departures More

I'm leaving this review in order to draw visibility to an issue I've been having with your deale Owner/GM, and Jason Briggs, Director of Operations. I'm leaving this review in order to draw visibility to an issue I've been having with your dealership since June 15th. I bought a car from Honor Buick GMC 6 months ago and still have not received my car title. It was explained to me that your dealership made a mistake and didn't get the proper signatures on the title for the car before selling it to me and one of the signees now resides in hawaii and has not been able to sign the title. I've tried getting in front of the manager Julian, manager Ruben, and the salesman who sold me the car Joe Mares, but have not had a response or update with my title. Please have a member of your team reach out to me to help me receive my car title and allow me to remove this review. Thank you. - Peter More

Absolute scam of a company. We inquired about a vehicle listed at 61k. Shortly after our inquiry they emailed us but stating the vehicle was available but for over 70k. We let them know that that was crazy because it’s being advertised at 61,000 which is false advertising. The manager then reached out saying that there was “a technical glitch“ and that it is 61,000. My husband went to see the vehicle in person today and then now they’re trying to say it’s $63,000 plus another $3800 for a “accessories package“ Another scam. It’s a preowned vehicle they have no business marking up $3800 for “accessory package” they are absolutely dishonest and lack integrity. Stay far away from this dealership!!! More
