They broke my car Beware of the service department! They broke my car and try to get more money!! I brought my car for diagnostic for two different problems (AC and Beware of the service department! They broke my car and try to get more money!! I brought my car for diagnostic for two different problems (AC and convertible part broken). First time I brought, they told me it takes more than one day to see what's wrong with that and I needed my car next day so I canceled on that day and brought it again on the other day. Then after diagnostic they told me that it's costs over $1000 to fix thoese problems and at that time I can't afford to spend that much money and my car can still can drive so I just paid diagnostic fee which is about $140. They doesn't give me any paper for detail about diagnostic just receipt for diagnostic fee. THEN when I got my car back, my car got another problem with shifter. The cover for shifter completely broke which wasn't like that when I brought. I told an agent and he told me the light for shifter doesn't turn on right but you still can see the front screen. It looks horroble but I was in rush and I thought if the cover doesn't effect maybe not a big problem so I left this dealership but after while I found out that the manual side cannot work because of some piece of prastic stuck in there. My husband called them and they told him that I can bring my car and they can fix. So I brought my car AGAIN and they told me that there is NO REPORT of that. I can't believe this. They let me wait and talked manager and told me that they never touch the shifter (I wonder how they drove my car) then offered me they pay labor but I need to pay the part which cost over $400. Are you guys trying to get job which you make your own? Please stop try to rob my money. My husband try to reach a manager by phone but they always told him the manager is busy and will call back and NEVER call us back. This is WORST SERVICE I've ever got. My shifter still broke but I need to drive the car. I hope the shifter not gonna suddenly stop or something like that and make car accident. More
