Mahalo for the great service My wife and I were very happy with our Jetta and when our lease was up, we intended to buy it. Jeff called us up to help us walk through the process a My wife and I were very happy with our Jetta and when our lease was up, we intended to buy it. Jeff called us up to help us walk through the process and let us know that we had other options that were better for our situation. We were very busy and live all the way on the West side, but Jeff was very patient and accommodating and was willing to meet us when it was convenient for us. We ended up meeting him late in the evening right before closing and ended up driving home with a new Jetta that night. Jeff stayed late with us when all of his coworkers already left and even filled up our tank with gas, washed the car, and detailed it for us as well. He did a great job, but he still told us to come back when it was convenient for us to get it detailed again when the professional detailer was working. The only time we could do it was during his lunch break, so he gave up his lunch break to make sure everything was perfect with our new car and that we knew all of the features that our new Jetta had. We were super impressed and satisfied with Jeff's service, our experience with him, the price, and our new car and would highly recommend anyone even remotely interested in a car, to give Jeff a call. More

He didn't try to "sale" me anything but he did present me with best available options. He also didn't come across as being a "pushy salesman," more like a member of my family, like a cousin. Long story short, it's much better when making a deal with "family" rather than a "stranger" who might want to take advantage of you.
