Jeremy was Amazing Jeremy is amazing. He made everything super fast and super easy. I came across a posting Jeremy on FB in the car selection. I actually inquired about Jeremy is amazing. We communicated back and forth a bit via messenger. Than he came back with a better deal. He said that I was approved through VW credit for a 2017 Jetta. That definitely peaked my interest. Several days later we went down to look and test drive the car. We were welcomed immediately upon entering the showroom.They made us feel like we were important. The service we received from Jeremy and the VW staff was amazing. Everything was extremely fast. Test drive, finance office and waiting for the car to be detailed. Less than 3 hours. I'm telling you VW made is super fast and easy to get in, out and on your way. Sometimes sales people can hound you and honestly irritate you. That did not happen here. Once the car was finish with the detailing Jeremy took his the time to show me the features of my new 2017 VW Jetta SE. Its VW sign and drive event i highly recommend you check them out if your in the market for a new car. Definitely getting my next car from HNL VW and Jeremy. More

VW CC Servuce I was well received, my options were explained, the vehicle was processed and was completed even faster than expected. I was then contacted that my vehicle was ready, was being washed, and I could pick it up. I took a bus to the dealership and was unable to be waited on because of a PR photo process that was engaging the entire staff. That wasn't so bad except that when the photo taking was complete (about 25 minutes) I was told that I had to wait for my car to be washed. I know that the photo taking was a one-time event and I was just subject to bad timing, however waiting for the wash irritated me and I was late to a business meeting as a result. It's nobody's fault because I assume that the person who called me did not know the photo event was to happen. It was just irritating in a hectic day. Also - this survey - I am off island and attempting to fill it out - and don't remember who I dealt with. It won't allow me to submit without that information. I will choose someone - though it may not be correct. More
