Even when I take my car in for a simple oil change they have done thorough checks elsewhere on the vehicle to identify faults that could make it unsafe or unreliable. In my case, the mechanic identified an oil leak that he believed to be caused by earlier work they performed at the dealership. They scheduled me for a follow-up appointment and took care of the leak at no extra charge. I respect their integrity in this situation. I feel they could have just as easily dismissed the leak and just changed my oil or identified the leak and claimed that it was due to normal wear and out of warranty forcing me to pay out of pocket. I appreciate their honesty to take ownership of their past service work and friendliness each time I visit. Thank you! More

Recall and maintenance I brought in my 2014 for a minor recall and safety check along with the basic five year maintenance. The scheduled work was done quickly but the inspection found two fairly serious problems. The additional work meant an overnight stay, but that was not a problem and I didn't miss having the vehicle. Communication was excellent and I was offered options for transportation. The completed work was detailed in the paperwork and explained by the service tech. I drove away, in a nice clean car, feeling like my Passat was well prepared for the future. More

He told me at the end he was working with three other customers at one time, while with me, but not once did he show that during my car buying process. He continued to go out of his way and continued the one on one with me. He was not pushy in anyway, took everything I said into consideration and made my first car buying experience a great one!
