Good Service This was the 3rd time I brought my truck in for service (oil change, point inspection, tire rotation) and it was by far the best experience. I think it depends on who you get when you check in. The service associate that I had was pleasant, nice and professional. He called me when my truck was ready for pickup. When I arrived, he walked me to the receptionist and he personally got my truck. Don't remember his name but he has a cast on his arm. More

The person who answered informed me to come in n wait due to not having an appt. I came in n told i couldnt bc there were too many walk ins. I cant brinf my car in duringbthe wk due to wrk off island leacing me to sched maintenance serv on Sat only. I strongly recommend open comm is needed w/all depts handling calls or monitoring online appts to inform serv dept. Its unprofessional & n inserv to consumers who bought cars from ur dealership. Very unhappy n frustrated! More

Terrible service left 4 messages on the voice mail and with a live body to have him call me back on the status of my Cadillac. The had my car for 9 days. Car came wi left 4 messages on the voice mail and with a live body to have him call me back on the status of my Cadillac. The had my car for 9 days. Car came with run flat tires and they did not have a single one in inventory. They told me that they had to order it and it would take 3 days to come in. I also had an issue with the console display. They had the part in so I told them to start the repairs and order the tires. They have no loaners as they were out of them! So I had to rent a car. I will never purchase another car from them. More

Bad service I was going out of town for a few days so I dropped off my car for service and to check my tires for the noise they were making when I returned from m I was going out of town for a few days so I dropped off my car for service and to check my tires for the noise they were making when I returned from my trip nothing had been done I left the car with them three more days they said my tires were bad and need to be changed this was over a month ago and to this day nothing has done not even a phone call. "Excellent Customer Service" Rick Rodrigues and his group of outstanding service department professionals made a hugh difference during my last service visit. They understood the Rick Rodrigues and his group of outstanding service department professionals made a hugh difference during my last service visit. They understood the concerns I had with the performance of the vehicle and ensured that I had over 1.5hrs with the lead mechanic working to address concerns with my cars performance. The mechanic went with me on a test drive and explained in laymen terms performance concerns that I expressed when I brought the vehicle in for service. Rick continued to show how his team were determined to ensure all my concerns were resolved. His team coordinated the repair of some scratches to the roof and hood of my vehicle; what really impressed me was their proactive approach to coordinating the reapplication of my car sealant protectant to both the hood and roof--something his team was not responsible for coordinating. I've regained a considerable amount of confidence back in the Cadillac brand based on the excellent service that Rick Rodrigues and his Service Department Customer Representative Team provided to me.
