First time,I got my cadillac back after putting on four new tires and found black marking all over on my rims., Second, time, I had I took my in for repairs I found a crack on front drivers side headlight new tires and found black marking all over on my rims., Second, time, I had I took my in for repairs I found a crack on front drivers side headlights. Only saw the crack only when I was polishing my car. The blacks marking I took off myself. The crack on the headlight I called about it today, but no one called me back. I really want someone call me about this. I'll wait till nextweek. It wasn't like this before. What's going on? Hey! I really take care of my car. Rating for GM policy of making trash batteries and then not having a warranty and charging $400+ for a new battery of the same "quality" .. Overall experience was good, but I wouldn't book the early appointments. No one seems to be there until well past 8am... so not too sure why they allow people to book 730 appts... took more than 2 hours early appointments.
