Their ok, I think it could be better if they had more shop foremen. On my truck they misdiagnose my problem, they thought it was just the battery, but it was also the battery cable. Jon was my salesperson for the last 2 Buicks I leased, but he always goes BEYOND just the sale. He's always available to either help me understand the features of my Buick, and this time he helped me sch but he always goes BEYOND just the sale. Was a great experience at Honolulu GMC. They gave me a fair deal for my trade-in. Right around market value. And I was able to carry the excess over to the new car!
