I was told that my car will be detailed be Auer every car they service will get detailed and washed. When I picked it up it had greasy fingers all over and was not cleaned at all. I was no recommendations gi they service will get detailed and washed. When I picked it up it had greasy fingers all over and was not cleaned at all. I was no recommendations given on how hat would need service soon or if my car is in good standing. I was excited when I dropped it off and the service sounded so great and was rather disappointed when I picked it up. Not coming back unless other shops can’t fix it. More

Service department slow to respond or no response at all. Had my truck for 3 months and felt they rushed repair. Repair not done properly as problem is still existing.
