A customer from Kauai, purchased a vehicle without flying up the Oahu. Processing the paper work went smoothly. However, the process of getting the vehicle shipped was challenging & got delayed due to poor c up the Oahu. Processing the paper work went smoothly. However, the process of getting the vehicle shipped was challenging & got delayed due to poor communication from the Sales Associate. While awaiting the confirmation of shipment for 2 weeks, the vehicle’s windshield needed replacement because of a crack, so we needed to wait another ~10 days for the windshield to come in. Once windshield was replaced, had we not took the initiative to contact shipping company for the shipping availability, we possibly would have got our vehicle 2 months later. This was more upsetting since we placed a fair amount of down payment & we were required to pay the first month of the loan. Had there been better communication & proactivity with the Sales Associate, our experience with the dealership would have been much better! More
