The dealership's service center was replacing the tires on all 4 wheels, and they destroyed two of the four wheels. It took five weeks to ship my truck to Big Island… I was told the truck would be cleaned before it was shipped. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was still completely disgusting inside. Spilled coffee in the cup holders, sand and leaves on the floorboards, grease on the doors and interior windows. There was also an issue with fueling the vehicle (which I know your company was very much aware of) as it was on “E” when I test drove it and was also still on “E” when I received it. Even though I was also told they would be putting a quarter tank in before shipping. So, I spent $50,000 on a truck that I am unable to put gas in or drive. I now have to wait until mid December to have the repairs performed at Chevy in Hilo. Spoke with management regarding this issue in hopes they would cover the repairs and detailing to make things right but only received a confrontational attitude and terrible service. Basically said to get a lawyer. Never again will I use GMC of Honolulu and definitely suggest everyone to go anywhere else than this establishment. More

Poor customer service. Dropped my car off first thing in morning and waited all day for update on status. I finally called at 4 PM to check on status. Went the following day to pick up car to find out problem was not fixed. Had to order part from Mainland. Courtesy call would have been nice to know what was going on. Have not had a call back as to when to bring my car back in or if they got the parts needed to fix my car. More
