Best car buying experience I've had . My wife and I went on a Saturday just to look at cars. We told the sales manager that we didn't want to talk to a salesman just yet. They honore . They honored our wishes and didn't bother us until we were ready to talk. Lenny was our salesman and we not only found us the car we wanted, he got us a great car in the color we wanted with all the accessories we were looking for. The finance manager Sang, was awesome. He got us a great rate, and negotiated the price of the car so that we were able to get the extended warranty, lifetime oil changes and other extras without emptying our wallet completely. I appreciate the no pressure sales and honest car discussion from Lenny, Sang, the manager Tony and everyone else that worked with us to get us in a car that we are happy with. More

He was friendly through the entire procedure and guided the sale very nicely and in a timely manner. I came in that day to look at a car I had seen online and he took me right away to see and test drive the car. I was most impressed that he didn't push or rush the process of buying a car on me. He talked and communicated clearly with both me and my dad through the paperwork process. It felt like he was part of our family the way he talked and joked around with us. I have been to other dealerships where it felt like all they cared about was selling us something. Rob is Ohana. He definitely took very good care of us and still continues to care of us. He went above and beyond that day, from helping us take three cars home, detailing our newest car the next day, and even helping me with questions that I had a week or so later.
