Disappointed I have always been very loyal and pleased with Honolulu Ford's sales team. Recently, I came in to replace a lost key fob. After taking my car, the shu I have always been very loyal and pleased with Honolulu Ford's sales team. Recently, I came in to replace a lost key fob. After taking my car, the shuttle drove me home so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. After about thirty minutes, they called to tell me my car was ready. I paid for the key and decided to test it before I left. This is when I discovered that the key did not work. The fob has a "blade" key that is supposed to open the door. It didn't. I returned to the service department and was told to wait while they fixed it. What was supposed to be thirty minutes ended up being over two hours as they tried repeatedly to make the key. What I found most disappointing was that I asked the man who made the key whether he checked if it worked. His response was, "Yes, I looked at both keys and they looked the same." I asked him if he had tested it on the car and he admitted that it would have been better if he tested it. Duh. This is unacceptable, especially for a dealership that supposedly cares about doing high quality work. More

One week with my vehicle and nothing accomplished I took my vehicle in for a fairly simple repair - replace two brake lines and bleed the brakes. The price was astronomical, but I gave them the go ahe I took my vehicle in for a fairly simple repair - replace two brake lines and bleed the brakes. The price was astronomical, but I gave them the go ahead. Day after day I never got an update. Fed up after a week, I picked up my vehicle, took it down the road to another repair shop and they did the job in an hour for half the cost. More

Excellent service at Honolulu Ford I had my Escape serviced on 2/9/19 at Honolulu Ford. I met friends inside while waiting. Master Salesman Ben Cabalo, who sold me this Escape and my Fo I had my Escape serviced on 2/9/19 at Honolulu Ford. I met friends inside while waiting. Master Salesman Ben Cabalo, who sold me this Escape and my Ford F350 Truck, was there in the lobby. We greeted each other and as always Ben showed his best and how hospitable he is to Ford's customers. At the customer reception kiosk was Larraine Tugade, beautiful and friendly too. My service advisor was K Charlo, one of the BEST at Honolulu Ford. Charlo explained to me the scope of the service with full clarity and enthusiasm - Excellent trait of an effective service advisor. After the service, Charlo told me the services performed and he also provided important advises to take care of my Escape. Charlo is phenomenal service advisor, truly he is an asset to Honolulu Ford. He makes customer like me 100% satisfied. More
2017 Rousch Mustang Warrior Scout Went in for third repair on right rear axle. Burnt axle bearings, damaged calipers,and brake disc. Same problems each time. Maintenance crew doing their thing. Jaime doing his best to help me with my issues on vehicle. Started lemon law claim for this vehicle.in case this last repair goes wrong. I don’t have faith in the vehicle anymore. I’m concerned that problem will occur again. Not sure how Ford and Rousch will replace vehicle if lemon law is applied to this vehicle. There are only 20 models made each year. I have #20 of 20. Also this model is only offered to active duty military that are deployed overseas. You can’t just go and purchase this vehicle from US. If this vehicle is lemon lawed, I hope FORD will work with ROUSCH to build me a special vehicle for replacement. Other than mechanical issues, I like the car and Honolulu Ford staff have went out of their way to help me. More
Worse ever No call backs. Took to long to get the glass replace. Sent the truck back three times for the same problem.Service rep said it would take 6 weeks for No call backs.
