Worst service ever! Honolulu Ford has possession of my vehicle rite after I bout it fir 5 months and still never fixed it. No returned phone calls or updates . During that time my vehicle was broken into and someone was driving it for some rime as the millage did show added miles . Items from someone that did not belong to me were in my vehicle . A service radio was left in the vehicle . I had a full extended warranty and kept all my payments to date . If I didn’t go there to check I would have never found out or it would never been looked at!!! Thank you Honolulu Ford! More

Undatisfied with service Loud cracking noise when I turn the steering wheel of my explorer. this is the 2nd time i brought in my car for the same reason...but they said they k Loud cracking noise when I turn the steering wheel of my explorer. this is the 2nd time i brought in my car for the same reason...but they said they know what the problem is..but.problem code is not showing up when they scan it, thus cant approve my warranty to cover repair.. I informed Honolulu Ford my car is a HPD motorized vehicle and it needs to be fix immedialtly for safeyy issue. they said they can't. Can somebody help.me before I get into a accident because of this steering problem??? !!! More
Door latch recall now can't use passenger door from outside. I went in for recall 17S33 on 5/8/19 service was completed in about 2 hours. On 5/10/19 my wife was trying to open the passenger door for the 1st time I went in for recall 17S33 on 5/8/19 service was completed in about 2 hours. On 5/10/19 my wife was trying to open the passenger door for the 1st time since the recall was done but the door could only be opened from the inside. On 5/13/19 I returned to Honolulu Ford the advisor stated a mechanic would look at it. About 2 hours I got a call that my truck was ready for pick up but there was a problem with the door handle and it needed to be replaced but it was on back order and would take a week or more for the part to come in and the failure of the handle had nothing to do with the service provided it was just a coincidence and the repair would be done under warranty. I brought my truck home and noticed the door panel was not properly reinstalled. I could not wait a week or more so I decided to take a look myself to see if I could free up the door handle. It took me all of 15 minutes to get it working with no modifications and no new parts. This dealership failed on multiple points. They lied about the cause, they lied about needing parts to repair the problem I know this because the door handle was never removed to be inspected, had the handle been removed the problem would gone away as it did for me. They wanted to do a repair for a problem they caused under Ford's warranty and make Ford pay for parts that weren't needed because a mechanic failed to check his work before sending the truck out. I am a recently retired certified master auto technician the only reason I visit dealership service departments if for recalls or warranty repairs. More

Good save on recall delay We are only here in Hawaii 5 months per year now. We got two recall notices. Hon Ford took care of them at one visit----well two---because they could not get to it the day I dropped the car off. I had to bus back and forth each time. So, to make up for the inconvenience, they changed our oil for free. More

All I know is that there was a major improvement in the flow of morning drop-offs. That is greatly appreciated. Calling the customer at the completion of the job is also expected and appreciated. An effort seems to be made in this area and again, that is most appreciated. That's what "service" is all about. By the way, Theresa Paperd is top-notch! More
