Terrible Return vehicle back to remedy a 3,300.00 repair that did not fix the problem. Picked up vehicle and found thousands of dollars worth of tools stolen. Chris the "Manager said he would check the video cameras and see if they are functional. Been weeks now and have not received any feedback. Top it off, the re repair job did not even solve the original issue it was taken in for to begin with. More

Needs improvements once you pull up into the service lane you basically have to stand around and wait for a service agent to come out of their little tinted office. I called to make an appointment during the week but was told I didn’t need to because it was just an oil change. so when I got there a female service agent informed me that since I didn’t make an appointment my vehicle would be serviced after others that already had appointments. I explained to her my phone conversation that I had during the week and she was like oh well then walked off. I immediately looked for the guy I talked to on the phone and he informed me that since it was an oil change and I had paid for the service when I bought my vehicle it didn’t need an appointment and it was actually being serviced as we spoke. He was right and she was wrong, my vehicle was completed ten minutes after I spoke with the guy. More
Good information and fast service. I was on my way to a job ready to leave when the car wouldn't start. Oh great! Tried jump starting... nothing. Called Hono. Ford spoke to Charlo, he c I was on my way to a job ready to leave when the car wouldn't start. Oh great! Tried jump starting... nothing. Called Hono. Ford spoke to Charlo, he checked the records and my car was still under warranty. He then gave me a number for a towing service to get my car over to their shop. Called, tow truck came and they got my car started right away. I asked if they wouldn't mind following me to the dealer anyway and they did. After arriving at Honolulu Ford I thanked the tow truck driver and found Charlo. Charlo took care of me right away. He said they'll some checks to see what's going on. Less than an hour later my car done with a new battery. Charlo said one of the cells died. I was happy they took me in on short notice and quickly took care of the problem. Warranty covered everything. Way to go Charlo and Honolulu Ford! More
Decent service but horrible follow ups!! I had kyle piercey for my advisor for years. He had left then i was assigned another person. I had a couple issues i needed answers to. Between texting his personal phone many times and calling the main line n leaving message with him i still have not got a reply. I dont know if hes on pto or what but since kyle left my personal experiences have went way down hill!!! I sold my ford so i wont be dealing with that shop anymore. More

Brought Car To Examine For Dead Battery It took about 3 hours but diagnostic checks were all done and the old battery was replaced with a brand new battery at no charge. Money spent but still waiting for repair. Had scheduled appointment for troubleshooting issue with backup camera. Had to leave truck with dealer. Able to walk to Enterprize Rental located next Had scheduled appointment for troubleshooting issue with backup camera. Had to leave truck with dealer. Able to walk to Enterprize Rental located nextdoor to dealer. Enterprize offered $37 flat rate rental fee while truck in shop. Dropped of truck first thing in morning and picked up in afternoon. Unfortunately issue was not resolved. Troubleshooting indicated the camera was bad. Part not available on island. Plus need to pay for parts in advance. Spent $816 for an oil change, troubleshooting camera and parts. It's been a week. No call regarding parts. Really want my backup camera working. Rating quality of work low because work not done yet. More
