BUT...there is a long wait, for me 4hrs on average AND they won't offer a loaner so I'm pretty much stuck there waiting. If they offered me a loaner it wouldn't matter how long they took, they could keep the truck all week if they wanted to. More

Very kind people work in this service department, and when you are worried about your vehicle, and often are there due to an unplanned problem, kindne Very kind people work in this service department, and when you are worried about your vehicle, and often are there due to an unplanned problem, kindness and patience are so appreciated. Everything worked out fine and they were able to add my request for additional service needs like an oil change and windshield wipers when I spotted some coupons I could use. Also really appreciate their shuttle service and coffee maker! The service folks work as a great team, and support each other with kindness/aloha also- nice to see! Only thing missing would be a car wash at the end of service. More

Recall repair falure I scheduled an appointment two weeks prior to have a recall repair done on my F-150. I dropped off the truck. Later that day I was called and told they didn't have the parts needed to do the recall repair. I was told that I needed to return when the parts were available. I was without transportation for the whole day and had to have my friend drop me off to pickup the truck. Doesn't the dealership check to see if they have the parts before scheduling the appointment having me drop off the truck. Very Bad. More
