Service with Care I called in the morning and was promised a return call in to10 minutes and I received a call back. This call was from the manager Chris who confirmed my part came in and understood how I needed my air conditioner fixed because of the hot weather. When I came to the dealership I was provided immediate assistance and a loaner car until my car is serviced which may take at least a day or so. I appreciate how I was treated with importance and care and would recommend Honolulu Ford as a great place to purchase a car and appreciate the customer service Chris gave me. Also, I would like to thank Josh Sales Manager for assisting me about a week ago and ensuring that my service on my car is covered by my service plan I bought and with my deductible being covered because of the promise I was made when I bought my car even though the sales person isn't there anymore. Also, Miles has been great assisting me when I first purchased the car in finance. I can see the customer service come through and it feels like it comes naturally. Mahalo. Olisha Watson More
Disappointing service We went in for "the works" service. The process of having our car checked in was different before. There was no designated service agent but just w We went in for "the works" service. The process of having our car checked in was different before. There was no designated service agent but just waited to have someone come up to us to see what the purpose of our service. We were asked if we were going to wait for the car to be serviced and we said that we were. We were invited in to the waiting area. Then, after about 45min to 1 hours, a gentleman approached us calling our name; we presumed he was from the service department. He told us that they weren't able to rotate our tires because the lug nuts were swollen and couldn't be removed unless they broke them off. He said we could leave it without having the tires rotated but that we would not be able to change our tires in the future without breaking the lug nuts. He said that it was a common problem with the Escape models. For safety reasons, we felt that we had no other choice but to have them break the lug nuts and replace them with the new ones. He said that it would cost us $144 dollars but they only had 10 of them and that they would have to order more. Then they came in, they would call us to bring the car back in to have them put on. If Ford knew that the swollen lug nuts were a common problem, then we feel that Ford should have notify us and replaced them for free. The whole service process was different than before. Now, someone just checked our car in and we didn't deal with that person again. The old system, the assigned service agent would keep us informed whether there were any problems or whether our car was going to be done soon. Very disappointed. More

Exactly same issue still exist after 2 weeks So after 2 weeks waiting and cost me over thousand of dollars, the same issue still exist. I got notified that today my car is ready to pick up. So I went to Ford and picked up my car but after 5 min drive I found out the same issue still exist! I went back to Ford right away and after hours of waiting, Justin said there was another new issue happen and have to wait for the new part again! However, it is NOT a new issue, it is the exactly SAME issue that happened 2 weeks ago. This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional and made me feel so upset about Honolulu Ford. Finally, it cost me about $1000 but the same issue is still there, so what part did they actually fix? or did they fix the wrong part since the beginning? More
