I came in for my scheduled service appointment and was greeted by my service advisor John. He reviewed my service request and directed me to the service counter to sign up for the shuttle to work. He asked me what time I needed my car back and true to his word the work was completed on time and he emailed me and estimate for future service/repairs. Tracey the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful, getting me signed up for the shuttle. Ari the shuttle driver took me and another customer to work and then picked me up at the promised pickup time. Jarrod, Jaye and Brianne greeted me when I came to pick up my car. They reviewed my invoice with me and provided me a copy of my cars report card. They also assisted me with a rebate form for the service that had been completed. Sid the porter expeditiously brought my car up for and handed me my keys. Each of the employees thanked me for coming in and provided exceptional customer service. I genuinely appreciate all of their efforts. More

Awesome customer service, i was sitting in the waiting while my brakes were being done. I was getting a little impatient and Tracey went out to check with the service adviser to see wat was going on and g while my brakes were being done.
