Valerie was AMAZING!! I am getting ready to move from the island to the mainland. When I took my car in for regular maintenance, they discovered the struts needed to be fixed. The work required the car to be in the shop for an additional 3 hours. I had started to panic. I had several errands planned for the day for my upcoming move. Valerie was able to get me a loaner car for the hours that the car would be in the shop. It was such a HUGE stress relief to be able to get prepped for my move while my car was being repaired. I cannot thank her enough!! More
She is very nice and friendly. My tire pressure was low and I had no idea what to do. Instead of waiting for 30 mins, she went ahead helped me out! It was great to have her there!!! Awesome service! I had a concern about my car and Valerie took care of the problem. She was very helpful and didn't treat me like just another customer. My wife and I had our belongings stolen including our one and only car key today. We were having a terrible time with a tow truck and insurance company,that It was only inevitable that we would have just as and only car key today. I spoke to Chaz "service manager" on the phone and explaned the whole story to him. He said to bring in the car and we will get you set up as fast as we can. When we FINALLY arrived to the dealership, we squeezed out of the tow truck wearing only our bathing suit's since all our clothing was stolen on the beach. Chaz stayed 45 min after his shift was over just to take care of us... He stated that not only will the service dept take care of the key, but would also give us a SECOND key, both free of charge. Over a $500 value. Chaz and the service dept were the most polite, professional, and caring group of people. He continued to call us part of the "Ford family". When I brought the Ford rental to Honolulu Ford Lincoln, I thought it might take all day, but the SERVICE WAS COMPLETE AND PERFECT WITHIN 30 MINUTES(!). My experience with Brandon Allen, the leadership of Mark Benson and all the Service Department was the best possible: I recommend them for anyone!! The dealership where I bought my 2010 Fusion Hybrid (not Honolulu Ford) ceased Saturday service hours AFTER I bought it, so when my driver's inside door handle broke on a Friday night, I was concerned. Honolulu Ford's service dept. was closed that night, but Ariana Braine advised me to call the service dept. first thing Saturday morning, which I did. The operator wasn't sure they could fit me in amidst the customers with existing Saturday morning appointments, but allowed that I could come in as soon as possible and talk to a service advisor. John Sollenbarger was extremely helpful and friendly, agreeing to schedule me in. He even knew how to pronounce my last name correctly, for which he gets bonus kudos. He also took a photo of some constantly shifting door trim, to forward to Ford so that we could schedule another visit to fix it (I am presently waiting to hear back on that). But my door was fixed promptly and courteously under warranty, for which I am very grateful. Mark Benson saw me waiting for my car and was also very friendly to chat with, and we discussed the importance of dealerships returning customer calls during the sales process. I also met John in Sales. Mark and John were very intent on improving the customer experience - Mark asked me to review Honolulu Ford on this website. I was extremely satisfied with this visit. More
