Excellent Service I needed to have my car towed in due to overheating and this was at night. Thankfully Honolulu Ford was still open! It was very easy in having it acc I needed to have my car towed in due to overheating and this was at night. Thankfully Honolulu Ford was still open! It was very easy in having it accepted and Liz (?) was very helpful in helping me fill out the necessary form. Early the next morning I had received a text message from Fey with some questions about my car. I explained due to the late night drop off I did not have an appointment. Fey explained should there an opening due to a no-show appointment, my car would be brought in to be checked and she would keep me informed. Not expecting my car to be immediately checked and needing to have transportation, I rented a vehicle for the day hoping to get an update on what was wrong with my car. I picked up my rented vehicle at noon and received a text message from Fey a little after 2PM that day advising my car had been worked on and was about to be finished shortly. About five-minutes thereafter I was advised the car was ready! Amazing turnaround while not even having an appointment! Fey had been very helpful and kept in communications! More

Rousch Warrior Mustang 2017 I had an oil change service done at another location. Mechanic had installed slightly damaged part which eventually led to bad oil leak. Once I disc I had an oil change service done at another location. Mechanic had installed slightly damaged part which eventually led to bad oil leak. Once I discovered oil leak I attempted to have service done at same location. The next available appointment was six weeks out.. I called one on ford to see if they could accommodate me. There was an appointment available the next day. I had to have my vehicle towed to location since there was no oil left in my vehicle and I did not want to risk damaging the engine. Mechanics took about four hours to do exploratory inspection . I was told that there was a small hole in the oil filter which was causing the oil leak. I asked if Honolulu Ford could work with the other dealer for reimbursement fees since work was not covered by warranty. I explained that I shouldn’t have to pay for work to repair my vehicle since the other dealer installed damaged parts which caused the whole issue of oil leaking. Total cost for repair was $315. I requested for the other dealer to pay the repair cost. I had a difficult time with the other dealership to pay.for repairs. Six hours later, I was furious about the whole incident. The service agent Teresa and service manager Sam worked with me to resolve this issue. Ultimately on a little Ford just absorb the cost of the repair to get me on my way. I was a little upset about having to do all the legwork of trying to get the other dealer to pay for repairs. However I was grateful for what Honolulu forwar ultimately Honolulu Ford just absorb the cost of the repair to get me on my way. When I went to pick up my vehicle I told Sam and Teresa that I wanted to make Honolulu Ford the main dealership to service my vehicle. More
