We searched the lot for and found a few cars we liked. We went home and decided on the 2020 Ecosport. After that we had nothing but a great experience. Nothing but professional customer service the entire time. Eric was helpful, knowledgable and took great care of us throughout the entire process explaining everything about the features and functions of the vehicle. We had a great experience. When it came to signing the papers Rhett was great. He found us a better interest rate helping make our payments lower, super friendly and helpful. The process of buying a car with Honolulu Ford was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying process we have ever had. I would recommend Honolulu Ford to anyone looking on buying a vehicle. Great customer service by Mya & Lui. Mya was very helpful throughout the whole process of getting our car in for service and checking the problem. I have requested Lui to work on car & Mya made sure of it an throughout the whole process of getting our car in for service and checking the problem. Like the facility we waited at during our the service process. The facility was clean and inviting, I would definitely return back to this facility. Finally, my oil change was completed in less then expected time, which was good as I had other duties which need my attention. Thanks Honolulu Ford! More
I am still not satisfied with the results of service to the problem encountered with the back glass issue. A couple of years ago, the back glass shattered by what appeared to be overheating from the defro the problem encountered with the back glass issue. A couple of years ago, the back glass shattered by what appeared to be overheating from the defroster. The service manager did not check to see if there was a defect with the electrical/computer system but decided that it was a problem with the glass which is not covered under warranty. Recently, the defroster has failed to function and the diagnosis was a corroded connection with the wiring in the glass, consequently, I was told that the glass needs to be replaced and again not covered under warranty. These repairs are becoming a burden to me especially since it is not the glass that is defective but the power surge from the electrical system or a defect with the computer. Please have your technicians or engineers figure out what is causing these problems. Thank you. More

Bad Experience Engine leak oil at 33k mile. Bought Extended warranty more than $1000 but they wont cover. What?!!! Why sell the Warranty to us if it does not do anyt Engine leak oil at 33k mile. I thought on the day of the service representative Mia and the shuttle drivers (male and female) were all excellent. I was a little confused when I first made the appointment with Charlo. A prior sales person had told me that I may be eligible for a free key but Charlo told me that I would have had to pay for that service. Charlo was also unfamiliar with a 10% discount that Honolulu Ford was offering for ignition keys. That caught me a little by surprise. More
