On the day that I got the car back the invisible coat that I was wearing first time around just disappear cause the people who didn't interact with me had develop ice breaker since the last time I saw them which is an improvement. 13 days too long to finish repair, unnecessary diagnosis. Repairing a rear wheel, replace an A/C dial seems too long. My SUV was towed in on 4/21 but it took until 5/4 to get it back. Excluding 5 days for g Repairing a rear wheel, replace an A/C dial seems too long. My SUV was towed in on 4/21 but it took until 5/4 to get it back. Excluding 5 days for getting a part shipped in from the mainland, it took 8 days to complete the job. I also requested the sunroof to be SEALED because it wasn't being used and had been sealed previously elsewhere but was leaking and rusting under the opening, but instead an unauthorized inspection leading to a $3000 estimate to replace the sunroof was completely performed and billed. I asked for sealing, not diagnosis that cost $160. I could have sealed it myself but wanted it done professionally and permanently. I paid it just to get my car back out of frustration. I specifically ordered a resealing of the sunroof but the mechanic went beyond his instructions. Please adjust my bill and credit my account. More
