My ABS brake module went bad. I took it to Hon Ford to have it replaced. Service writer Chad Getz was great. He was very helpful and took cared off me. On Edge in the 808 I recently took my 2016 Ford Edge in for routine service and a mandatory safety inspection at Honolulu Ford. I met with my Service Advisor Chad who as I recently took my 2016 Ford Edge in for routine service and a mandatory safety inspection at Honolulu Ford. I met with my Service Advisor Chad who assured me that my car is in good hands and to go and help myself to some coffee while I wait in their customer lounge. I have always enjoyed the service and the free coffee every time I bring my car in for maintenance. My Service Advisor Chad is always on top of things and always explains what was done on my car or if there are any recommendations that may need my attention. So far, all is well and I am extremely happy with the service department and it’s personnel. Job done right! Mahalo Honolulu Ford for all that you do for me and all your other customers. This was tthe second service for a continuing problem. So far I cannot comment since it has been less than a week since my service appointment. My problem started soon after I purchased my 2017 Escape whi So far I cannot comment since it has been less than a week since my service appointment. My problem started soon after I purchased my 2017 Escape which I had serviced in January of this year. There was no charge for either of my service appointments, however I lost the used of my vehicle for two days in order to have my problem rectified. Hopefully my problem has been resolved this time since it is a pain in the butt to lose use of my auto. More
Poor Service I had my explorer serviced at HF and when I picked it up, there was a huge dent on the side of my car. I have called the dealership 3 times and left I had my explorer serviced at HF and when I picked it up, there was a huge dent on the side of my car. I have called the dealership 3 times and left messages and haven't received any word. I had a similar incident where twice I took my car in (as I am a loyal 15 year customer) and got it back with oil marks, scuff marks, oil stains and deep scratches on my vehicle. Wanna know the worse thing? Not once did anyone try to reach out and fix the costly mistake that they had done. Low class More
