Good commmunication/timely service Airbag light was on, called to schedule a time to have the vehicles checked. Appointment was available approximately a week later. Dropped th car off, received feedback from the service clerk within a few hours of the problem. Was informed the part needed to be ordered, I could pick up the vehicle. And would be informed when the part arrived. Part arrived a few days later, service clerk contacted me, and scheduled an appointment for the next day to fix the problem. The service was also able to apply a couple of discounts and wash the vehicle. More
Front end Alignment As per usual, Kyle was highly attentive and professional. I always try to get there as soon as the service dept opens. No matter how early I get there Kyle is always there and ready to help, regardless of his always HEAVY work load. He even went above and beyond and looked up any recalls and informed I had one that we should schedule. Parts were ordered and ready in surprisingly short time. Only a few days later I brought the truck in and the recall work was done. This also went exactly as planned. Both times he had the shuttle ready form me once I was all set and they got me home with no hassles. Shuttle even picked me up after to pick up my ride, and it was ON TIME!!!!. Problems resolved the first time with no need to bring it back. As long as Kyle is working there I will gladly continue to bring my truck here for service. Edith the shuttle driver awesome also. More

Anyways this is part 3 of a 5 part series. Kyle Piercy n his crew once again came through on fixing my flat (tyre replacement) n the necessary check up of the car. I appreciate there hard work n dedication everytime I bring in the car. Kyle once again thank you for your help n the laughs. More
In for service - Depart with damage First, I'll say that Kyle and the other employees at the front office were very helpful and friendly. No issues there. (other than its hard to get a return call or update). The problem I have is with the service techs. Over the last three years, I've had the car in for a few maintenance issues. Three separate times, the car came back with damage. Twice to the inside where a console and shifter indicator had to be replaced after the tech damaged them during reassembly. Then, while working on the AC, the tech damaged trim around the engine compartment from forcing pieces back into place. They also left the battery cover just laying on top of the battery and lost the retaining clips. Each time, replacement parts had to be ordered, causing me to have to schedule yet another appointment. I have to travel back to the dealership and waste my time waiting to have a repair due to the carelessness of the tech or reassemble guys. Come on Hononlulu Ford, you can do better than this. I love my car, and I enjoy seeing the friendly folks at the front, but I honestly can't recommend you because of the short cuts taken in the repairs and damage caused because folks are not careful with my vehicle. No hit on Kyle....I know he get frustrated as well when things come back from the maintenance bay damaged. More

She made sure she had all the documentation ready for my records and rental car available while my car was being serviced. She also made sure that she was available to answer all my questions. They even washed my car when it was ready for pick up. I would recommend Honolulu forward as they are professional and provide quality service. The team staff at Honolulu Ford are the best. More
15k mile service and 3 tire change. I went to Honolulu Ford Service Department for my 15k mile service and for a tire check as my tires were wearing down quickly. My tire tread was low a I went to Honolulu Ford Service Department for my 15k mile service and for a tire check as my tires were wearing down quickly. My tire tread was low and not covered under warranty so I decided to have them change out 3 tires as one tire was previously replaced under warranty. Timothy Hayashi, my service advisor was friendly and informative of what my 15k service entailed. I was also pleased that Timothy gave me a discount on my tires. He called several hours after dropping off my car to ask if I left my glove box key as it was locked and they needed to change the cabin filter. I wasn't nearby so we made an arrangement to have that installed at the time of pick up. When picking up my car, Tim went to get the technician to install my filter, however, the technician couldn't be located. I had no other options except to have my cabin filter replaced at a later date. Upon returning home, I noticed all my lug nuts on my rims were damaged, it looked as if they used a socket that was too shallow and caused the tips of all lug nuts to be scraped. All 20 lug nuts were damaged. I also noticed huge gashes and scratches on the 3 rims which of the tires changed out. Some scratches are shallow, several different gashes are deep into the aluminum rim, but all scratches and gashes have scraped off the paint. There was also several deep gouges on the lip where the clear coat and paint was scraped off. The scratches and dents to my rim going along the lip probably happened when the wheel machine was spinning the rim and from the total incompetence of the technician. I immediately called Tim and sent him pictures. He assured me that they will take care of it and I agreed to let the rim repair technician to contact me. Four days later, the rim repair technician was able to assess the damage. The following day, the rim repair technician informed me that he had already sent an invoice for repair to the Honolulu Ford Service Department and was just waiting to hear back from the service department in order to repair my rims. It now has been almost two weeks. I have left several messages for Tim, and his Manager, Eric, inquiring about the status of my car. I have yet to hear back from either of them or anyone from the service department for that matter. I also still do not have my cabin filter installed, yet have already paid for it. I will never use Ford service again! More
