Valerie was AMAZING!! I am getting ready to move from the island to the mainland. When I took my car in for regular maintenance, they discovered the struts needed to be fixed. The work required the car to be island to the mainland. When I took my car in for regular maintenance, they discovered the struts needed to be fixed. The work required the car to be in the shop for an additional 3 hours. I had started to panic. I had several errands planned for the day for my upcoming move. Valerie was able to get me a loaner car for the hours that the car would be in the shop. It was such a HUGE stress relief to be able to get prepped for my move while my car was being repaired. I cannot thank her enough!! More

And Brian always came back with clear answers. In the end, we were given 4 options of purchasing versus leasing, 2 years versus 3 years, $3000 down versus $5000 down and the resulting monthly payments. It was the most painless car purchase we have ever had. We give the staff at Honolulu Ford high marks and particluarly want to thank Brian Hashimoto for his help. We are very very satisfied and happy with the 2013 Ford Escape Titanium trhat we bought. More
