They actually showed concerned that it took a over two months to complete this service. There is still work to be done to correct the repair due to a part that was broken and had to be reordered. I was told the final repair work only take a day and we the part arrives I can drop the car off in the morning and a shuttle can take me to the office and pick me up when the service is completed. I stopped by Honolulu Ford to check out the types of cars they offered and was greeted by a nice college kid named Patrick. I was a bit standoffish as I was "just looking" and didn't want the pressure from a they offered and was greeted by a nice college kid named Patrick. I was a bit standoffish as I was "just looking" and didn't want the pressure from a salesman. Patrick was just as nice as could be and very knowledgable about the types of vehicles Ford had to offer. He answered all my questions, and gave me information about the cars that I didn't even think to ask about. He definitely put me at ease with my search and I left the dealership feeling like I'm making the right decision. When I'm ready to buy, Patrick and Honolulu Ford will definitely get my business. I ranked "price" at a 4 only because I had not actually purchased a car yet, but their prices seemed reasonable. More

Fix engine lights on problem for more than 3 times, fix transmission leaking problem for more than 5-6 time for the same Ford Bus. damage the bus while road test. and fix the damage for 3 month without sa transmission leaking problem for more than 5-6 time for the same Ford Bus. damage the bus while road test. and fix the damage for 3 month without said sorry. Honolulu Ford was very professional when our company needed to purchase a new vehicle to handle all of our events. We're a very busy radio company, and needed a van that could accomodate and number of promotional items. After trying a "Transit" we knew we needed something bigger, we knew we needed a cargo van. Not only did Shawn, Danny and Mark find us the exact van we asked for, they gave us the price we needed to pay. We will continually send our listeners to them for their excellent service.
