In fact I call him Uncle Ben!! Over the years he has gone above and beyond expectations when purchasing a vehicle. When purchasing the Fiesta I bought the car on a Thursday but wanted to pick it up Friday. Ben Cabalo offered to pick me up from my home in Kailua. I was grateful for that so I was able to keep the car as a surprise from my wife. It's those little things from Ben Cabalo and Honolulu Ford that keep me coming back. More

He offered to buy back our car and then backed it up with action, not just great talk. Two days later we drove away with a new 2013 Ford Focus. Mark had us work with the Sales Manager Danny Asao who went the extra mile to give us a discounted price for the new car. Celes Alcantara was the salesman that took us on a test drive and made sure we had everything we needed. They even bought us lunch! I feel that the people from the top down went out of there way to make a difficult situation turn into a very positive experience. I've visited Honolulu Ford once many years ago to purchase a part for my (now) old vehicle and was impressed how helpful everyone in the service department was. So clearly when I decided to shop for purchase a part for my (now) old vehicle and was impressed how helpful everyone in the service department was. So clearly when I decided to shop for a new car (on a whim), I decided to visit Honolulu first. Generally speaking, purchasing a vehicle is an overwhelming process to begin therefore I was relieved that the staff at Honolulu Ford were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process (start to finish). I truly felt that everyone had my best interest in the forefront of their mind versus just "making the sale". You get the sense of "family" at the dealership instead of the typical car salesman feel where it's every man for them-self. I started with an online quote and then applied for financing online - the process was quite seamless. By the end of Wednesday, I had tentatively selected my car, was pre-approved for a 2 year lease, and had an appointment set for a test drive to ride my Ford Edge into the sunset. Celes was responsive and helpful from the get-go; very customer focused and willing to work with me regarding my trade-in. Rachael was so helpful in Celes' absence she also provided her personal mobile number in the event I had additional questions or concerns prior to my appointment. Howard truly made my dreams come true during the trade/ negotiation process; he wasn't intimidating, rather I felt he was genuine about meeting me halfway with regard to my monthly payment and my lease terms. James was surely helpful when it came to financing; very detailed, helpful, and actually comical - which I think is needed at the end of any long process. Monica, yet another all-star to the team at Honolulu Ford; she was so helpful when transferring insurance from my old car to new one. Will definitely refer family and friends. More
