Upon the initial visit to this dealership we were greeted by almost all the staff there. Then Chip came up to us, he was the friendliest person there! Went into Ford Honolulu hoping to replace my '98 accord. Rob brantley was very patient and helpful during the entire process. She was super helpful in getting my car insured while I was at Honolul for the help I received from the Allstate Insurance team, especially Genette. Rob is the most helpful sales person ever. We just went down to take a quick look at a 2013 C-Max Energi and he spent as much time as was needed to make sure all of our questions were answered. Never had an experience as pleasant as today at any dealership. He didn't try to push anything other than making sure we were comfortable and making sure we had all of the information to make an informed decision. Would definitely recommend him to anyone (including our friends and family) interested in a Ford or any brand he represents. He was the first sales person who actually listened and made us the priority and not the sale. I have always had bad experiences visiting domestic dealerships and would never have thought of purchasing one, but he has definitely changed my mind. Thanks again Rob! More
