I called dealership with some questions and really needed help! Rob was a life saver. Seriously the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. He was so helpful and took the time I needed to help me. When I first moved to Hawaii I went to have my 2011 Ford F-150 serviced, I was new to the Island and basically didnt have a clue. I was approached by Mark Benson about selling him my F-150, that wasnt an o F-150 serviced, I was new to the Island and basically didnt have a clue. I was approached by Mark Benson about selling him my F-150, that wasnt an option I just wanted an inspection so I could get it licensed. Mark asked me if I knew where the license division was, of course I didnt. I was amazaed when Mark told me wait here and he went and got his personal vehicle and drove me to the licensing department. He then gave me his personal cell number and said give me a call when you are finished I will come pick you up. I have never had that kind of treatment from a car dealership. When I was finished I called Mark and true to his word he came and picked me up. Mark told me he had a larger truck when he got to the island and eventually I would be wanting to downsize, he was right. Six months later I came back to Honolulu ford because Mark treated me as a friend and not a customer. I purchased a new Ford escape and that is when I met Jeff McDonald the financing genius, I had a few hiccups during the sale and the delivery of the vehicle. Jeff acted as a sales proffessional as well as the person signing my documents and basically gave me the same treatment I recieved from Mark Benson. This is a great dealership. Me and my husband have been to several dealerships in the past and we have yet to meet salesman as honest knowledgable and personable as the two I've done business with. We came in to look for a new SUV and noticed that Ford was having a Black Friday sale early. We had great customer service and the price was so competitive that despite us originally going out to look at was having a Black Friday sale early. We had great customer service and the price was so competitive that despite us originally going out to look at four different brands, we bought a car the same day. The only negative thing is that the wait between processing steps was long, we were there for 3 and a half hours! More

The guy "Ebe" is clueless, rude, worthless (outside of looking at a computer screen), uninterested, bored to death, no ambition at all to "assist", cocky, and basically a total waste of an FTE (outside of looking at a computer screen), uninterested, bored to death, no ambition at all to "assist", cocky, and basically a total waste of an FTE.
